Day 1
Arrival & Welcome Dinner
Airport meet and greet, transfer to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a complimentary welcome to Ghana dinner with our tour manager, tour guide and fellow guests to learn more about the adventures ahead.

Day 2
Accra City Discovery
Our adventure begins in Accra as we visit the Jamestown Lighthouse, the Cultural Centre, the Brazil House, the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum and Park, and the W.E.B. Du Bois House Museum. Overnight in Accra.

Day 3
Cape Coast & Assin Manso
We head along the coast to Cape Coast Castle, visiting the Assin Manso Slave River and naming ceremony site. Walk barefoot through the Bamboo Grove and refresh your feet in the river before continuing to the World Heritage site of Elmina Castle. Overnight at Ko-Sa Beach Resort.

Day 4
Kakum Canopy & Elmina Castle
Venture north to experience the African Jungle from the Kakum National Park Canopy Walkway, surrounded by the calls of exotic birds. Return to Elmina for a guided tour of the Castle. Overnight on the coast.

Day 5
Coastal Return to Accra
Following the mantra "It's fine to look back, but we never stare," we travel east along the Atlantic coast back to our Accra hotel to relax, unwind and stay overnight.

Day 6
Leisure in Accra
A day of leisure — eat, sleep, read, recharge, and enjoy the warmth and generosity of Ghanaian hospitality. Overnight in Accra.

Day 7
Volta Region & Lake Cruise
An early start as we head north, crossing the spectacular Adomi Bridge into the wild and beautiful Volta region. Board a boat cruise for lunch on one of the largest man-made lakes on Earth, waving to canoe-borne fishermen heading out for tilapia and shrimp.

Day 8
Tafi Monkey Sanctuary & Tagbo Falls
After breakfast we head deeper into the Volta region to the Tafi Monkey Sanctuary, welcomed into the sacred grove of friendly Mona Monkeys. We then visit the hidden Eden of the breathtaking Tagbo Falls, with the chance to swim in the refreshing rainforest pool at its base. Overnight.

Day 9
Mt Afadjato or Liate Wote Village
The adventurous can hike Mt Afadjato — Ghana's tallest mountain — for exhilarating views across the jungle to Togo. Others can immerse themselves in the traditional rural village of Liate Wote, home to some of the friendliest people on Earth. Overnight.

Day 10
Return to Accra via Lake Volta
After breakfast we head south to Accra, stopping for lunch in the shade of Silk Cotton, Impala Lilies and Mahogany trees lining the shores of Lake Volta. Overnight in Accra.

Day 11
Leisure & Farewell Dinner
A day to unwind — read by the pool or explore Accra Mall and the bustling Makola Market. This evening we gather for our farewell dinner beneath the Magnolia and Shea trees. This evening we share our stories and memories over a traditional African feast.

Departures
Breakfast, farewells and transfers to Kotoka International Airport. Akwaaba and safe travels.
